Stainless steel CNC precision engineered pressure release valve,
each one hand assembled and checked on a pressure jig to ensure
correct seal and blow off pressure.The main problem with old PRV`s
is the poor thread diameter,some original BSA and Triumph valve
were found to be 0.025"(0.63mm)undersize on the thread diameter,
this allowed oil to bypass the valve to the blow off via the
threads,this resulted in low oil pressure.Our valve helps to
eliminate this problem with the high accuracy of manufacture.
